Job summary

Austin BlueTech LLC is seeking a Strategic Marketing Executive in Austin, TX to lead and accelerate our marketing engine across SaaS, apps, and B2B/enterprise offerings. This hands-on role blends strategy with execution to identify opportunities, build systems, and drive measurable growth.

You will own go-to-market planning, demand generation, and marketing operations, with a focus on ROI and scalable growth for both enterprise and mid-market segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, apps or high-growth environments.
• Experience with HubSpot and CRM systems for marketing operations.
• Proven demand generation, growth marketing and go-to-market strategy experience.
• Strong understanding of both B2B/enterprise and performance marketing.
• Hands-on operator who can develop strategy and execute it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market and demand generation strategies across our product portfolio.
• Audit and optimize marketing infrastructure, including CRM, website, analytics, email, paid media, content and sales collateral.
• Build and optimize paid acquisition programs with measurable ROI and scalable growth.
• Develop sales enablement materials and improve alignment between marketing and sales.
• Build lead nurture, email outreach and marketing automation programs.
• Support enterprise pipeline development through target-account marketing, outbound strategy and vertical messaging.
• Help strengthen product positioning, messaging and brand architecture across products and audiences.
• Establish clear reporting and performance metrics to guide marketing investment and prioritization.
• Identify what is working, what isn't, and where to scale, pivot, or eliminate spend.
