Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the marketing function
• Build and maintain a high-performing marketing team that delivers value-added support to the firm
• Guide and coach the marketing team for career development
• Hold regular team meetings to foster collaboration and share ideas
• Develop and share best practices across the team and firm
• Align objectives and measure performance to show marketing contributions
• Prioritize initiatives with reports, including events, webinars, campaigns, advertising, and content
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans and tools
• Travel to key offices as needed to build relationships
• Oversee strategic marketing plans using market insights and trends
• Collaborate on growth plans aligned with business goals
• Provide strategic leadership for growth opportunities in industry practices
• Offer strategic insights to leadership on marketing actions
• Create standard reports on key marketing and sales metrics
• Oversee budget to maximize ROI
• Represent marketing in leadership meetings and maintain communication
• Support development and execution of marketing strategies
• Lead marketing mix to generate awareness in priority markets
• Collaborate with research to identify opportunities
• Support GTM meetings and present marketing concepts
• Contribute to target account programs and sales initiatives
