The Digital Marketing Account Manager serves as a strategic support partner for high-value client marketing accounts, ensuring a premium client experience through proactive communication, operational excellence, and revenue opportunity identification. This role works closely with Account Development and Sales leadership to support complex client needs, optimize engagement strategies, and uncover growth opportunities within established accounts.
The Digital Marketing Account Manager possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and performance metrics but is not responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, or directing channel-specific execution. Instead, this role focuses on client engagement, reporting discussions, account retention, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
This is an on-site role (Monday-Friday) at our office near Hidden River Parkway (Fletcher & I-75). Hybrid and/or remote work is not available.
Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment that requires normal safety precautions such as typical office or administrative work.
