Gemini is seeking a Lead Product Manager with deep expertise in consumer growth to drive activation and engagement across the customer journey. You will partner with product, marketing, engineering and analytics to define and execute strategic growth plans for Gemini Exchange.

The role is based in New York and requires in‑person presence twice a week at the NYC office; it also supports a hybrid/remote model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience from ideation to launch.
• Experience with retail-focused products.
• Experience collaborating with design, usability testing, and analytics.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of product features to increase activation and engagement.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve growth metrics.
• Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30 days of the user experience.
• Collaborate across teams to align with business goals and communicate product vision and progress.
