Qualifications

• 3–7 years of inside sales, customer service, sales support, or commercial operations experience.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience in foodservice, beverage, or CPG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of customer information within the CRM system.
• Ensure customer contact records are current and complete, including key decision-makers across customer accounts.
• Monitor organizational changes within customer accounts and ensure updates are reflected in CRM systems.
• Oversee sales activity reporting, including PO status, shipment tracking, and customer updates.
• Establish and maintain CRM standards, processes, and best practices to support data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure CRM data supports relationships, business development, and strategic decisions.
