Job summary

Vintage Modern, Inc. in Buford, GA, is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead the people function across manufacturing and retail operations. This full-time, on-site role drives recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, and HR systems.

You will collaborate with leadership to build a high-performance, craftsmanship-driven culture, ensure legal compliance, and scale HR processes as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing or blended hourly/salaried workforce.
• Experience leading recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEO).
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Proven ability to partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and culture.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across production, sales, and corporate roles.
• Manage onboarding processes, background checks, references, and offer letters.
• Oversee performance management cycles and employee development plans.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs; coordinate payroll and time/attendance.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and maintain HR records and policies.
