Job summary

Hirenexus is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the people function during a critical growth phase. You will partner with senior leadership to shape strategy and directly manage day-to-day HR needs in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

The role requires 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a smaller or mid-sized setup, with a track record in field-based, hourly and technical workforces. PE-backed growth and strong change management are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in a smaller or mid-market setting.
• Experience supporting a field-based, hourly and technical workforce.
• Background in private equity-backed or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Ability to build and professionalize an scalable HR function and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior HR leader and trusted advisor to the executive team.
• Build and professionalize the HR function with scalable processes and systems.
• Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with growth plans and business objectives.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
• Lead recruiting and workforce planning, especially for technicians and field leaders.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, onboarding and employee integration programs.
