Job summary

Elevated HR Consulting, LLC seeks a Director of Human Resources to steer HR strategy across the PhireLink family. You will lead scalable programs, ensure legal compliance, and support mergers and acquisitions while partnering with executives to align HR with business goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership across compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and workforce planning for a growing multi-state organization. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role with broad responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy and scalable programs across multi-state operations.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and change management.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance programs.
• Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives.
• Partner with executives to align HR with business objectives and mergers/acquisitions.
