The position offers a base salary of $70-75k with bonus potential up to 20%, plus cell phone and mileage reimbursement and on-call pay where applicable. Strong leadership, communication, and compliance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of management experience.
• Satisfies state background checks and work authorization requirements.
• Leads and mentors a branch team while ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and support a high-performing team with staffing and evaluations.
• Build relationships with patients, families, and referral partners.
• Drive branch growth and operational performance with growth strategies.
• Manage referral pipeline, admissions, and start-of-care timelines.
• Oversee caregiver staffing, productivity, and service delivery.
• Monitor finances, revenue, billing, and expense control.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, payor requirements, and regs.
• Collaborate with leaders to address quality concerns and improvements.
• Track branch performance and promote accountability and service excellence.
