Healthcare Services Group Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead sales and client relationships across a designated region. The role includes quoting, contracting, budgeting, and ensuring service delivery aligns with client expectations.

The position requires 70–90% travel, relocation willingness, and strong leadership capabilities to grow accounts and drive regional profit.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; regulatory compliance courses may be required.
• Two years of sales experience, preferably in a service industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Proven P&L and budget management; ability to grow accounts.
• Ability to travel 70–90% and relocate within service area.

Responsabilidades

• Manages all aspects of sales and customer service for accounts in an assigned geographic area.
• Solicits input prior to providing sales quotes from appropriate field and corporate personnel.
• Clearly articulates services offered under contract, verbally and in writing.
• Attains signed contracts, MOUs and related documentation.
• Provides leadership and guidance to Districts to meet contract terms and customer expectations.
• Maintains records of income, expenditures, supplies and equipment to assist bidding.
