Job summary

ARIVE is seeking a strategic Head of Marketing to scale brand, community, and demand generation. You will own market positioning, product marketing, ABM, events, and partnerships, reporting to the CEO.

The role includes building out the marketing team and transforming the engine into a scalable, data-driven growth function. You will lead core initiatives with a focus on broker and wholesale lender adoption, lifecycle marketing, and competitive storytelling while collaborating with Product,

Qualifications

10+ years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS/FinTech/PropTech.
Experience building brand affinity and leveraging user communities to drive growth.
Strong track record in ABM, demand gen, and multi-channel campaigns.
Proven ability to define ICPs, align Marketing with Sales, and manage budgets.
Experience with compliant-regulated advertising in mortgage or fintech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead brand, product marketing, and demand generation to scale ARIVE.
Develop and execute ABM programs for broker shops and wholesale lenders.
Own marketing roadmap, budget, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Ops.
Build and mentor the marketing team, measure performance, and report to the CEO.
Plan hosted events, webinars, and partnerships to drive pipeline and brand growth.
