Job summary

ARIVE, a leading mortgage tech innovator, seeks a strategic Head of Marketing in San Francisco Bay Area. Hybrid work—3-4 days in office in San Ramon with remote flexibility—offers a high-growth setting to scale brand, demand, and partnerships.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own market positioning, product marketing, ABM, events, and a data-driven growth engine while mentoring the Marketing Manager and building a strong team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech/PropTech settings.
• 3+ years in Director/Head of Marketing or equivalent leadership.
• Strong brand, demand gen, and ABM track record with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in mortgage tech or related regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy, product marketing, and market positioning for ARIVE.
• Lead community/partner marketing and hosted events end-to-end.
• Define and execute the marketing roadmap with ICPs, segments, and channels.
• Build and manage ABM, demand gen programs and lifecycle campaigns.
• Direct the marketing team, budget, and executive reporting.
