Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate at least 50% of club tours through referrals and outreach.
• Convert inquiries to appointments and enroll new members.
• Oversee retention strategies and ensure club cleanliness and organization.
• Coach and mentor the PT team with weekly meetings and skills audits.
• Ensure training staff complete required Workout Anytime programs.
