Responsibilities

Generate at least 50% of club tours via referrals, marketing, and community outreach.
Convert 70% of incoming inquiries to club tour appointments.
Enroll 80% of touring prospects and schedule 60% for a follow-up session.
Maintain accurate prospect data in the club management system.
Keep the club clean and uphold the retention strategy and daily operations.
Coach and mentor the fitness team with weekly skills review.
Provide ongoing education on program design and client engagement.
