Responsibilities

• Generate at least 50% of club tours via referrals, marketing, and community outreach.
• Convert 70% of incoming inquiries to club tour appointments.
• Enroll 80% of touring prospects and schedule 60% for a follow-up session.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in the club management system.
• Keep the club clean and uphold the retention strategy and daily operations.
• Coach and mentor the fitness team with weekly skills review.
• Provide ongoing education on program design and client engagement.
