Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking General Managers for Athens, AL, to lead our clubs with a focus on membership growth, service excellence, and team leadership. You will drive sales through referrals, tours, and inquiries, while coaching staff to deliver high-quality fitness programs and exceptional member experiences.

As a results-driven leader, you will manage daily operations, ensure club cleanliness, and execute retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate new memberships and drive sales.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience training and mentoring staff to meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate at least 50% of tours through referrals, marketing, and tours.
• Convert 70% of inbound inquiries to appointments.
• Enroll 80% of touring prospects.
• Schedule 60% of new members for a complimentary session.
• Ensure all prospect data is entered in club management software and forms are completed.
• Maintain the club in immaculate condition.
• Oversee retention strategies and systems.
• Drive monthly fitness assessments and programming goals.
• Coach and mentor trainers with weekly meetings and audits.
• Provide ongoing staff education on program design and nutrition.
