Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years, verifiable full-time management experience in residential HVAC.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to build consensus and gain buy-in.
• Degree preferred in Construction Management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production with executive leadership, finance, field operations and safety.
• Manage on-site progress, project management and employee retention.
• Drive safety, quality and profitability to meet objectives.
• Provide timely reports on operating conditions to Ownership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Installation and Operations for growth.
