Job summary

BMA Group Global in Puerto Rico is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a high-mix, regulated manufacturing organization. This executive will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and growth while overseeing manufacturing and support functions.

The role requires full site leadership across multiple disciplines, strong regulatory knowledge, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field) required.
• Significant leadership experience in manufacturing operations with full site or business-unit responsibility.
• Experience in multinational or sophisticated operational environments.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Drive P&L, cash flow, budgets, margins, productivity, ROI.
• Lead manufacturing, supply chain, planning, quality, facilities, HR, and related functions.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational plans with executive leadership.
• Strengthen structures, systems, and processes to support growth.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, waste reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure quality systems, regulatory compliance, traceability, and discipline.
• Leverage ERP/MIS systems and data to improve visibility and profitability.
• Mentor management teams and foster accountability and collaboration.
• Represent organization with key customers, suppliers, and financial institutions.
