Job summary

Burger King in Dallas, TX is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive profitability, and deliver guest satisfaction. You will oversee staff, budgets, and compliance with food safety and brand standards.

The role demands at least 2 years of GM experience in QSR, a strong leadership style, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to grow sales. Preferred MSc/MA in Business and ServeSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of General Management experience in QSR.
• MSc/MA in Business or relevant field preferred.
• Availability to work opening hours, including Sundays, evenings and weekends.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to sell, manage and drive growth.
• ServeSafe certification preferred (training may be provided).
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
