Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in General Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to travel within area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the local warehouse facility.
• Devise and execute strategies to achieve growth objectives.
• Maintain financial budgets and optimize expenditure.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Foster a productive work environment and professional development.
• Collaborate with HR to oversee recruitment and training.
• Assess and enhance operational and financial performance.
• Lead the employee performance review process.
• Compile and present routine reports for senior management.
