We are seeking a driven, results-focused General Manager to lead our branch to new heights. The General Manager will oversee staff, budgets, and daily operations while implementing strategies to boost profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated proficiency in the capacity of a General Manager or an equivalent managerial position.
• Bachelor's degree a related field (preferred).
• You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proficient in strategic planning and financial budgeting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of various business processes and functions, including but not limited to finance, human resources, procurement, and operations.
• Possesses strong analytical capabilities for informed decision-making.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage time.
• Exceptional organizational prowess coupled with effective leadership abilities.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment
