FUNBOX in National City seeks a General Manager to lead the park and drive business results while delivering a premier guest experience. You will own revenue growth, labor management, and cost control, partnering with local schools and community groups to grow traffic and awareness.

You will coach a leadership team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement to elevate the FUNBOX brand in the market.

Qualificações

• 3+ years leading high-volume operations in family entertainment, hospitality, or similar industries.
• Proven ability to coach leaders, build strong teams, and create a culture of accountability.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, KPIs, forecasting, and operational planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own the overall financial performance of the park, including revenue growth, profitability, labor management, and expense control.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational execution.
• Champion a proactive safety culture through training, accountability, and continuous oversight.
