Job summary

Family Entertainment Group is seeking a General Manager for our California locations. The GM will oversee guest experience, operations, and team leadership, ensuring top-tier service and fully functional attractions.

This hands-on leader will drive safety, cleanliness, and brand standards while managing budget, labor, and performance metrics. The role requires 3–5+ years in multi-facility leadership within entertainment or hospitality, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of leadership experience in family entertainment, arcade, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Proven success managing multi-disciplinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Strong business acumen with P&L ownership, labor management, and operational analytics.
• Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel to other locations if required.
• Guest obsession and enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across games, attractions, F&B, and retail to brand standards.
• Monitor game uptime, equipment functionality, and tech team performance.
• Maintain safe, clean facilities meeting OSHA/ADA/local codes.
• Analyze guest feedback to continuously elevate service and satisfaction.
• Own location P&L, manage labor, COGS, and controllable expenses.
