Crumbl Cookies is a fast-growing bakery renowned for its iconic cookies. We are seeking a General Manager to lead store operations with an owner-mentality, directing daily activities, budgeting, inventory, and customer service excellence.

You will drive growth through staffing, training, outside sales initiatives, and vendor collaboration, while upholding franchise standards in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in retail, food service, or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Passionate about customer service.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and proactive nature.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work all shifts if/when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and staff.
• Mixing, baking and daily tasks with team.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Train shift leads/assistant managers and team members.
• Create and manage budgets.
• Improve profitability and cost control.
• Recruiting and hiring team members.
• Evaluate performance and productivity.
• Analyze accounting and financial data.
• Identify growth opportunities and generate reports.
