Qualifications

• Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze) and email tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in email design and testing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines.
• Familiarity with gaming culture and audience segmentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own implementing automated series-based emails (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and lapsed buyer).
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to improve email programs.
• Optimize segmentation, campaign setup, email and SMS delivery, and reporting plans.
• Develop tailored, multi-step email sequences guiding activation, engagement, and upsell opportunities.
• Help develop complex campaign journeys using CDP triggers and dynamic content.
• Interface with email technology vendors/partners to adapt products and solutions.
