Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to drive growth in fitness revenue, lead a high-performing team, and develop coaching staff across the club. You will personally sell training packages, mentor trainers, and ensure top-tier client experiences.

The role emphasizes staff development, performance coaching, and strategic scheduling to maximize member engagement and club profitability. On-site leadership at the Downey club is expected.

Responsibilities

• Grow fitness revenue by personally and through the club staff.
• Directly sell personal and group training packages and lead the sales team.
• Recruit, interview and hire fitness coaches to meet club needs.
• Train and onboard new fitness coaches and ensure CCS evaluations are passed.
