Job summary

24 Hour Fitness USA, LLC is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver personal and small group training at our Cypress, CA location. You will build relationships, grow your client base, and provide tailored programs that drive results and client retention.

You will lead engaging workouts, track progress, and ensure a premium training experience, while collaborating with a team to achieve shared goals and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current in-person CPR/AED certification.
• CPT certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, NSCA, or NCSF) or related degree in exercise science/kinesiology.
• Strong ability to build and grow a client base through high-quality training and consistent results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Solid foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe movement coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal and small group training sessions that drive results and build relationships.
• Grow and retain a strong client base through consultative selling and referrals.
• Design personalized fitness programs tailored to each client's goals and long-term success.
• Maintain an engaging client experience and ensure high retention through top-tier service.
• Manage schedule and build consistent session volume, tracking progress and adjusting programs as needed.
• Conduct fitness assessments and onboarding sessions to establish trust and starting point for coaching relationships.
