Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team and seeks a driven, energetic professional to join our culture of Ownership, Growth, and Service. Prior sales or leadership experience is a plus, but fit matters most.

You will manage client portfolios, schedule meetings, and build relationships with local businesses using our Salesforce CRM, while collaborating with the sales manager to hit monthly and quarterly targets. Training and licensing support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (course provided and fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients while expanding your network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
