Qualifications

• Previous customer support experience in hospitality or similar.
• Familiar with hotels, travel, events, teams, or related customer interactions.
• Early-career candidates with substantial travel-sports experience will be considered.
• Polished communicator with hotels, athletes, teams, families.
• Experience handling reservations, modifications, and follow-up.
• Dependable, organized, and able to deliver strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for hotels, athletes, teams, and families, providing responsive and professional support throughout the event and booking process.
• Coordinate hotel and event details, including following up on room-list cutoff compliance and confirming information with hotel partners.
• Assist with reservations, modifications, and event-related questions.
• Support event building and maintenance within the company’s booking platform.
• Upload and organize hotel contracts and related information.
• Communicate with hotel partners to confirm information and help keep upcoming events on track.
• Support the team during its busy season by balancing customer service, event coordination, reservations, and administrative responsibilities.
