Job summary

Harman is seeking an Ecommerce and Paid Media Analyst to support JBL.com in North America. You will analyze and optimize the paid media program, driving top-line revenue and return on ad spend across major platforms.

The role requires 4+ years in the industry, experience with Google Ads/Meta Ads, and a strong background in ecommerce and budget management. Travel up to 10% and a Northridge, CA office stay are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field required.
• Marketing experience for e-tail and ecommerce is required; big-box retailer experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce retailers.

Responsibilities

• Execute paid media strategy for always-on customer acquisition campaigns across the funnel.
• Support KPI reporting and optimization to meet goals.
• Manage multiple accounts across Google, Meta and TikTok Shop.
• Provide budgeting recommendations and opportunities based on analysis.
• Collaborate with creative teams to traffic ads and optimize cross-channel campaigns.
• Communicate outcomes and spend efficiency to stakeholders.
