Job summary

GENTLE MONSTER is seeking a data-driven growth marketer with paid media expertise to strengthen our E‑commerce team in Los Angeles. You will lead paid search and social campaigns, analyze results with Excel and GA4, and translate data into action to boost brand presence.

You will collaborate with agencies and internal teams to optimize budgets, test strategies, and implement dashboards in Looker Studio, delivering measurable ecommerce outcomes across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Data Science, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, etc.).
• 1 year or more paid media experience with strategy, execution, and analysis across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Strong proficiency with GA4/Google Analytics 4 and Excel for performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set up and optimize paid social campaigns across Facebook and TikTok, including ad sets and creatives.
• Collaborate with a paid search agency to guide budgets, keywords, ad groups, and bid strategies.
• Analyze performance data daily, produce dashboards, and generate actionable insights.
• Develop cohesive cross-platform strategies across Google, Meta, and TikTok to maximize ROI and forecast budgets.
