You will partner with cross‑functional teams, manage the product backlog, participate in Agile ceremonies, and develop documentation and training materials to drive adoption and end-user satisfaction. A background in business and Agile is required.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Analyze product data and platform performance to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog for Agile development teams.
• Partner with business and technology teams to align priorities and deliver solutions.
• Support Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, retrospectives.
• Validate work through acceptance testing and coordinate defect prioritization.
• Research market trends and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials to support adoption.
