Job summary

MASA is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own MASA's seminar marketing program and digital performance. Based in Sunrise, FL, you will translate data into actionable strategies, test creative ideas, and introduce AI-driven automation to improve efficiency and results.

You will partner with the Director of Digital Acquisition to optimize paid media, CRO, and cross-channel campaigns, driving growth for MASA's 2+ million members across the U.S. and Caribbean.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or related role
• Hands-on with AI tools or emerging platforms
• Sharp analytical instincts and data storytelling
• Strong Excel and data management across platforms
• Ability to manage multiple live workstreams

Responsibilities

• Own MASA's seminar digital marketing program end-to-end, drive down cost per lead and increase attendance, conversion, and ROI.
• Develop AI/automation to streamline workflows and accelerate ideas to execution.
• Lead full-funnel strategy for programmatic and native advertising to reach the right audience.
• Build a testing engine for creative experiments and translate results into action.
• Own CRO roadmap across landing pages and ecommerce experiences, collaborating with design and copy.
