NewAge Industries is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and website content.

You will combine strategic planning with data-driven insights, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure a consistent brand message while optimizing campaigns based on analytics and market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience.
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Experience with HubSpot, Adobe suite, Wordpress, and GA4.
• Strong analytics, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
• B2B manufacturing or industrial marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent written communication; ability to manage multiple campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Grow inbound marketing by expanding tactics, materials, and measurement.
• Develop and manage paid advertising (Google Ads and PPC).
• Support social media programs and evaluate new platforms.
• Create in-house SEO program and report progress with Webmaster.
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs: traffic, conversions, ROI, CAC, engagement.
• Conduct market research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis.
• Forecast digital marketing trends and propose innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with Product Management on blog publishing for SEO.
• Oversee digital content across websites, emails, social media for consistent brand.
• Collaborate with creative teams, developers, and partners to execute initiatives.
• Recommend improvements based on data and optimize campaigns.
• Ensure activities align with branding standards and marketing objectives.
