Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Paid Media Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts end-to-end, including strategy, execution, reporting, and client relationships. You will work hands-on across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social, starting as an individual contributor with leadership duties as the team grows.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in paid media, agency experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media management, with Google Ads as your primary platform and solid paid social experience.
• Agency experience in a client-facing role, with your most recent position at a digital marketing agency.
• Direct client-facing experience: presenting performance reports yourself and being the go-to person for clients' paid media questions.
• People management experience and interest in growing into a team lead role within about a year.
• Stable work history with tenure in recent roles; explain contexts for any short stints if asked.
• Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping, YouTube), Microsoft Ads, and paid social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong campaign reporting, budget management, and performance analytics skills.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized under tight deadlines; open to feedback and growth.
• Willingness to complete a hands-on exercise in a live ad account during Hiring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for multiple clients, leading client-facing conversations on paid media.
• Present monthly performance reports and explain results with clear next steps.
• Plan, build, and manage multi-channel campaigns averaging ad spend per client portfolio.
• Test and optimize ad copy, bids, audiences, and budgets to maximize ROI.
• Analyze monthly metrics, budget pacing, and performance trends.
• Use third-party and AI tools to streamline campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities within accounts and stay current on platform changes.
• Represent client goals to the internal team.
• Mentor and lead the team’s next Paid Media hire when needed.
