Qualifications

2+ years in B2B sales, digital media sales, advertising account management, or agency growth.
Solid understanding of web design, local SEO fundamentals, and lead conversion funnels.
Self-starter attitude with strong phone, email, and face-to-face presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify local service businesses needing digital upgrades (contractors, medical practices, legal, auto, retail).
Conduct digital audits and present clear growth plans that demonstrate measurable return on investment.
Close monthly retainers for SEO, social media management, Google Business Profiles, and AI lead automation.
Partner with internal design and SEO delivery teams to ensure long-term client retention.
Earn upfront commission: 30% of the first month’s revenue on every new project closed.
