High Scale is seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to transform consumer insights and performance data into scalable advertising campaigns for top lifestyle, beauty, and DTC brands. You will mentor junior strategists, collaborate across creative, media, and production teams, and drive measurable revenue growth through data-driven creative leadership.

You will own creative direction for multiple brands, develop testing frameworks, and translate performance metrics into strategic recommendations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Strategy, performance marketing, or direct response.
• Proven track record scaling campaigns for DTC, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Experience managing strategy across multiple brands or accounts.
• Strong portfolio of strategic campaigns with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead creative strategy for high-growth brands.
• Translate insights into performance-driven campaigns across platforms.
• Develop testing frameworks and measure impact.
• Mentor junior strategists and elevate team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Directors, Media Buyers, Copywriters, and Producers.
• Present recommendations to founders and marketing leaders.
