Job summary

Qureos is seeking a veteran designer who can own the creative from concept to live product. You will design ads, landing pages, and motion assets, then build the pages yourself in Webflow with no dev queue.

You’ll work directly with growth, marketing, and the founders, shipping work at growth speed and iterating based on what the numbers say. This role requires a track record of high-converting landing pages and a knack for turning briefs into fast, scalable visuals that align with our brand

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years designing (8+ is a plus), and you've shipped real work, not just a nice portfolio.
• You can design and you can build it in Webflow.
• You've built high converting landing pages, not just good looking ones.
• You've made organic social creatives and creatives for paid ads, and you know the two aren't the same game.

Responsibilities

• Design ads and landing pages end-to-end.
• Build pages directly in Webflow with no dev queue.
• Create motion assets for campaigns.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing and founders.
• Ship work that can be tested, iterated, and scaled based on data.
