Job summary

TradesApp is seeking a design generalist who can craft ads, landing pages, and motion content. You’ll own the creative from concept to live rollout in Webflow, ensuring the visual language stays consistent across campaigns and pages.

You’ll work directly with growth, marketing and the founders, shipping fast iterations and testing ideas to scale growth. A strong portfolio of real campaigns is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years designing (8+ is a plus), and you've shipped real work, not just a nice portfolio.
• Built high converting landing pages and creatives for paid ads; can differentiate organic vs paid creatives.
• Can turn tight deadlines into quality work; motion is in your toolkit, not a stretch goal.

Responsibilities

• Design ads and landing pages across two funnels with a unified visual language.
• Build the pages in Webflow with no dev queue delays; own the front-end experience.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing and founders; iterate based on data and performance.
