Job summary

OnHires is seeking a Conversion Copywriter & Content Lead to turn attention into clicks, conversations, and booked calls for MSP-focused growth campaigns. You’ll own copy across emails, ads, landing pages, newsletters, LinkedIn, and visual formats, writing in two founder voices and using AI alongside human judgment.

This remote, full-time role requires strong commercial instincts, demonstrated results, and the ability to overlap with Lisbon time by at least 4 hours daily.

Qualifications

• Must write direct-response copy for B2B, SaaS, tech or similar.
• Ability to show real results from copy, not just examples.
• Able to mimic distinct voices and write in someone else’s voice.

Responsibilities

• Create copy across multiple channels: cold emails, paid ads, landing pages, newsletters, LinkedIn content, infographics and carousels.
• Write high-converting cold email sequences for client campaigns and outbound.
• Craft paid ad copy for LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and AI-assisted ads.
• Develop landing pages from headlines to CTAs and everything in between.
• Produce newsletters and email sequences that turn subscribers into leads.
• Shape LinkedIn content in two founder voices.
