We’re looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee operationsat one of our properties in Atlanta, GA, driving results through hands-on leadership, collections strength, and a focus on resident relations.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Proven ability in resident relations, collections, and driving occupancy.


• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and reporting.

• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi).


• Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
