The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Community Manager for Residences at Maple Glen in Marysville, OH. You will ensure excellent customer service, coordinate all apartment operations, and drive cash flow while preserving assets.

You will lead a diverse property team and manage daily activities to maximize performance. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in property management, strong financial skills, and a track record of supervisory leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage financial performance and NOI.
• Proficient in office software and data reporting.
• Experience with property management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance of the property and work toward NOI goals.
• Maximize revenue and ensure timely rent collection.
• Coordinate budgeting, reporting, and cost control with the team.
• Lead team development and coordinate maintenance and operations.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and lease terms.
