Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials and installation methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the estimating process across multiple branch locations and support teams.
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and perform quantity takeoffs.
• Review plans and specs, obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing, ensuring profitability targets.
• Build relationships with customers, general contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
