• Research materials, labor and other cost analysis.
• Maintain records of bids, suppliers, and job costs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
• Assess profitability of projects based on estimates.
• Review projects for compliance with industry standards.
• Ensure safety protocols and standards are adhered to.
• Budget vs. actual tracking.
• Warranty submittals.
• Strong experience with commercial roofing systems (flat, Standing seam).
