Job summary

Roofing Talent America is seeking an experienced commercial roofing estimator to join a fast-growing platform backed by significant investment. You will take ownership of the estimating process across multiple branch locations and work with customers, general contractors and suppliers to drive profitable bids.

In this role you will prepare accurate estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, review plans and specs, obtain pricing, and influence bidding strategy to support growth across Texas, Georgia,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials and installation methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the estimating process across multiple branches/locations.
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates.

The role:

You'll take ownership of the estimating process across multiple branch locations, supporting teams throughout Texas, Georgia, Alabama and other growth markets as the platform continues to expand.

You'll prepare accurate and competitive estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, review plans and specifications, obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing, and ensure every bid aligns with company profitability targets.

The role also offers significant exposure to customers, general contractors, suppliers and subcontractors, allowing you to build relationships that support both project success and future growth opportunities.
