Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD in Aurora, IL seeks an Estimator (Commercial Roofing) to own the estimating process across multiple branch locations and support teams on large-scale projects. You will prepare estimates, perform takeoffs, review specs, and secure pricing to ensure profitability.

The role offers a salary of $80,000–$110,000 plus bonus and benefits, with exposure to diverse markets, ongoing training, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials and installation methods.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working across multiple markets or branch locations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the estimating process across multiple branch locations.
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates, perform quantity takeoffs, review plans and specifications, obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing, and ensure bids align with profitability targets.
• Engage with customers, general contractors, suppliers and subcontractors to support bid opportunities and project growth.
