Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC in Stafford Springs, CT is seeking a dynamic Commercial Lines Producer to drive new business and nurture client relationships in a fast-paced brokerage environment. You will meet sales quotas, develop a robust book of business, collaborate with client service teams, and leverage CRM tools to deliver tailored insurance solutions for commercial clients.

This role requires a Property and Casualty license, a business-related degree, 2–5 years of insurance sales

Qualifications

• Valid state Property and Casualty license.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in an insurance sales role or related commercial lines environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales quotas monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Execute targeted sales activities including cold calls and in-person meetings.
• Develop and maintain a robust book of business with high renewal rates.
• Collaborate with Client Service teams to analyze renewal business and growth opportunities.
• Utilize sales tools and platforms to track performance metrics and outcomes.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions by analyzing market trends and client needs.
• Follow established sales methodologies and maintain records for compliance.
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients.
