Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent banking experience; Agriculture/Business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of previous commercial banking experience.
Portfolio and relationship management experience.
Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
Demonstrated leadership, customer service and business development skills.
Able to exercise sound business judgement; advanced financial analytical skills.
Strong planning and time management skills.
Advanced ability to collect, organize and present detailed information.
Advanced communication and customer service skills with presentations.
Advanced PC skills: CRM software, Internet, Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with customers, prospective customers, team members and community partners.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer and prospect commercial loan and treasury management needs with prompt, timely response.
Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to grow profitability and meet risk objectives.
Generate new business by selling commercial loans and treasury management services and participate in regional sales activities.
Cross-sell banking and treasury services, plus retail and mortgage referrals when appropriate.
Exercise sound business judgement when collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions.
Approve or deny loan applications within authority and policies.
Be an active voting member on a regional loan committee.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies; participate in audits and reviews.
Collaborate with team and leadership to achieve branch and regional goals.
Engage in continuous professional development and community involvement.
