Job summary

Revity Credit Union in Granite City, IL is seeking a Chief Lending Officer to lead the organization’s lending strategy and growth. The CLO will oversee consumer and mortgage lending, underwriting, portfolio performance, and regulatory compliance, reporting to the President/CEO.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of progressive lending leadership, a strong track record growing lending portfolios, and a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting. Relocation to Granite City is expected.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level lending leadership experience within a financial institution.
• Experience directing both consumer and mortgage lending.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for credit unions or banks.
• Commercial lending experience is a plus.
• Track record of growing lending portfolios responsibly.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
