Job summary

NIH Federal Credit Union in Rockville, MD seeks a strategic, technology-forward Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer to lead growth across consumer, business, residential, and card lending divisions.

Reporting to the President/CEO, the CLO will oversee the full lending lifecycle, driving portfolio growth, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring strong credit quality, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional member experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years of progressive lending experience.
• Senior leadership experience in a credit union or similar financial institution.
