Job summary

The CLO will partner with executive leadership to build a high-performing team, enhance relationship banking, and deploy lending technology to improve decision quality, speed, and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, economics or related field.
• Ten or more years of progressive banking experience with significant lending leadership.
• Demonstrated success leading lending teams and achieving growth and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lending, portfolio management, and regulations.
• Experience building client relationships and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Lake Ridge Bank's business lending strategy aligned with growth and profitability.
• Establish goals for loan production, deposits, and relationship profitability.
• Lead all commercial and agricultural lending activities across the bank.
• Drive growth through sales leadership, client development, and market expansion.
• Promote relationship-based banking with lenders as trusted advisors.
• Collaborate with executive teams to optimize lending technology and processes.
• Prepare reports and updates for the Board and senior leadership.
